School District 16 is very committed to building a strong, positive learning culture. We have and are
continuing to implement vaeious innovative programs to increase student and staff learning.
Governed by a District Education Council, we have developed a District Education Plan that focuses on strategies
for improvement in four main areas:

- Creating a Positive Learning Environment
- Teacher Growth
